Al-Ahli Takaful Co. signed on November 5 a contract with Tata Consultancy Services for the implementation of a new automated insurance system as an alternative to the current system, in line with the company’s strategic directions, according to a bourse statement.
The company expects to complete the implementation and operation of the new automated system in the third quarter of 2015.
The total estimated cost of the equipment and software related to the project is SAR 8.12 million.
The company will finance the project from its own resources.
This contract will reflect positively on the company’s financial results as of Q4 2015.
